Can I switch from GlossGenius?
Yes. There's no booking site to move — clients book by texting your Mystique-AI number. As part of onboarding you get a dedicated number, with booking rules set up for your services. Appointments you already have can be added by text or from the owner dashboard, and you keep getting paid however you do today.
How do I get paid for my services?
The same way you do now. Mystique-AI never takes payment for your services — however you get paid today stays yours. The only payment in the text thread is the optional booking fee a client can pay to hold their spot.
What does a booking cost?
There's no subscription, no monthly fee and no setup fee. You pay one fee per confirmed booking, and reschedules are free. The fee is set with you at onboarding, which starts with a free consultation.
What about no-shows?
You can turn on an optional booking fee: the client pays a small fee by text to hold their spot. If you'd rather not, you cover the booking fee yourself and your client never sees a payment link. Mystique-AI also sends appointment reminders.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Clients book start to finish by text — no app, no booking link, no login. They text your number the way they'd text you. The only link they would ever get is for the optional booking fee, if you turn it on.
